## Building

All products are AI-assisted (primarily Claude Code) — I make the architecture decisions, run QA, and own the product direction.

- **[Agentic ChatOps](/projects/agentic-chatops/)** — Three AI subsystems triaging infrastructure alerts across 6 sites. The self-improving prompts and eval flywheel are the current focus. Hundreds of sessions in, still finding things to fix.
- **[MeshSat](https://meshsat.net)** — Multi-transport gateway bridging LoRa mesh, Iridium satellite, cellular, and 7 other transports. Preparing for beta hardware and the Kickstarter campaign.
- **[CubeOS](https://get.cubeos.app)** — Open-source self-hosting platform for Raspberry Pi and ARM64 devices. 26+ releases. Nearing first public milestone.
- **[MuleCube](https://mulecube.com)** — Offline knowledge server shipping Q3 2026. Finalizing the content pipeline and hardware sourcing.
- **finops-agora** — An agentic paper-trading research platform with a Bloomberg-class cockpit, 20 strategy families, and a López de Prado research-integrity stack. Demo-only by design — real money is gated behind proven edge. 74 DB tables, 225 scripts, 4 GPU services. Currently in shadow mode: predictions committed and graded, no live orders.
- **[logos](https://github.com/papadopouloskyriakos/logos)** — A falsification-first platform for testing decipherment claims against undeciphered scripts, starting with Linear A. Pre-registered hypotheses, held-out verification, multiple-comparison correction. Because sometimes infrastructure isn't the hard problem. Preprint in preparation. ## Learning

- Preparing for the **Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)** exam — the homelab cluster is the study environment.
- Working through Anthropic's **Claude Certified Architect** curriculum and deepening my understanding of MCP and agentic design patterns.
- Studying the infrastructure I built with AI until I can explain every decision without reaching for help. The goal is to own the knowledge, not just the output.

## Operating

- Running a **multi-site homelab** as a hands-on learning environment — Kubernetes (7-node cluster with Cilium), BGP routing ([AS214304](https://radar.cloudflare.com/routing/as214304?dateRange=52w#bgp-announcements)), and 60+ services across multiple countries.
- **310 managed objects** across the [homelab](/lab/) — every device, cable, and IP documented in NetBox. Progressively automated via the [agentic platform](/projects/agentic-chatops/) — AI triages, I approve.
